adding electric start

I have '76 Evinrude 25 hp that has remote but no electric start. Can I add this on and if so , what size and year donor motors can I pick parts from.

Yep, all those engines can take electric start. You'll need a toothed flywheel, starter and bracket, electric choke and a wiring harness. I'm not sure what donor years are good but a lot of them are from the 70's and beyond...

BTW, I drive a jeep also... a '98 Grand Cherokee...

to be honest, by the time you find used parts, you may be better off, selling and buying what you want.
