What engine, what is the wide open throttle rpm you see on the tach, what is the current prop pitch, manufacturer and model. Without any of this information we can only guess.

That seems reasonable.

How's the hole-shot?

Is that speed measurement from the speedometer or a gps?

To determine if you've got the correct prop you need to be able to measure rpms at wide open throttle (with the load you normally carry).

thats going by mph gauge, rpm trys to work but believe there is a wire issue with it. hole shot is rather quick, boat is plained out and full throttle max around 7 to 10 seconds smooth and really quick on take off.

The prop's at least in the ballpark. At some point you'll need a tachometer that works and a gps to really tell you if you need a bit more prop. You should see somewhere in the ballpark of 5800 rpm or thereabouts at wide open throttle, someone else will likely know exactly what yours should be.
