I have a 1992 bayliner 2452, I am installing a Lowrance x-515c fish finder. my question is,has anyone who has one of these boats installed a shoot thru hull tansducer and what was the exact location used, also are these hulls solid fiberglass on the bottom. any help or advice would be appreciated

Just started playing with mine. Seems that the best results were when I put it up in the bow. Put a small bag with water in it, put the transducer inside and tape it around the cord. Then move it to different places on the boat.
