hello im a new to the site. I have a question i have a friend that has a 115 evinrude that is hard to crank when cold but fires right up when warm. sometime we can go fishing and it will bring us home other times it will just dead at wot we are batting a 5oo . put in the shop they put power pak, trigger and stator on it had carbs rebuilt and new fuel pump . shop said that comp. was good not sure of the numbers last time we went out we where running wot for a about 15 mins and it started busting up like it is a firing problem any ideas would help . thanks for the help
