Looking at getting a Force 70hp Outboard serial number OE136743. Is there any way to tell what year it is from this number? I know it was made by Mercury so I'm assuming it is a 1992-1995 motor. I don't believe Mercury made the 70hps after 1995, correct me if i'm wrong. Also, how easy is it to get maintenance and repair parts for this motor? Thanks in advance for any help
