fuel tank breather

i have a 1976 aquasport170 and was wondering if or where the fuel tank breather hole might be?the tank fuel fill is on the starboard side top of railing but has no breather hole.

There should be a seperate vent tube with it's inlet on the outside of the hull somewhere, CPR.
