change filter system and new fuel hoses, also put new fuel in tank, replaced fouled spark plugs, wont idle at low rpms and at high rpms it jumps like a missfire!! can anyone offer up any suggestions this motor had been sitting for 13 months without being ran i got it cranked up and drove it on the water for 5 miles and now it wont stay running at low rpm and at medium it has a missfire jump to it!! please help....
