Walk Thru Swing Window Don't Fit any More

My '75 year model trihull has set up for several years. When I started my restore, I noticed that the "door" window is about 1/2 inch too long relative to the mating console window. The strut arms were loosened and I tried to push the stationary windows up and apart with virtually no movement. Also tried to push the driver and passenger consoles apart with no luck. Floating it didn't help either. There is no adjustment modes on the windows or piano hinge.
Structurally the boat is sound, no stress cracks, hasn't been damaged.
The only thing I can think of is having the glass company cut the window and frame.
Any other ideas are welcome.
Thanks, Mike

Sometimes the wood under the consoles rots out and the consoles sag inwards,

sight along the tops of the windows to see it.

The back of the front deck has sagged.

I had that happen on a boat and had to jack it up (with bottle jacks and blocks) till the windows mated then glassed in a reinforcing bar under and across the back of the front deck.

If it is a bowrider then it becomes more difficult.

Thanks Guys,

It is a bow rider. I will do the sighting tomorrow. The consoles that the window are mound to the hull itself. The bottom project thru the deck just aft of the console.

Sole/stringers are probably rotted and sagging. Better check...

Got it lined up. Just as you had suggested.
the floor support between the consoles was not properly shimmed when I replaced the structure member.
thanks,Mike
