First post on here. I just bought a '89 Bayliner Capri w/50 hp for 500.00. Old owner says shope stated 120/72 for compression-so I want to get a used powerhead to replace the exosting one.
Did the powerheads come in 2 block colors? Mine is black, but a used replacement on ebay for an '89 is that pea green like an OMC.
Also-what is the correct term for the assembly that is cast on the part that swivels the motor? There is a piece(s) that are gone or sheared and the motor will not lock in place.
