i need to find the fuel mixture for my 7.5 merc. it is a1970 model. i would also like to know if anyone has any suggestions of what i should do before starting the engine. it has been sitting in the barn for 8 years since it was winterized. please help with as much as possible. it also has a thunderbolt ignition system. i appreciate all the help i can get. :confused:

Go to the Engine FAQs Forum, Clete. Do "Awakening a sleeping outboard".
