Wiring Diagram for 50 hp Mercury & year?

Hi all,

I have a 50 hp Mercury, Not sure what the year is? The serial # is 5843704, if anyone can help with the year it would be greatly appreciated. Also, it's a pull start and I'd like to hook up a start/kill switch anyone know where I might find a wiring diagram? Again, would appreciate any help!

1981,black/yellow to ground kills the engine.

I have a 1982 mercury 50 2 stroke and woul like to ad a tack does anyone know how to go about doing this? Where do you get the rpm signal from? Any help would be great thanks.
