power tilt on v-4 1982

How much oil should I add in the power tilt. I found the plug, but don't know at what position of the tilt to fill up. Is there a drain plug as well and where is it?
Any advice shall be appreciated.

The oil needs to be filled level to the bottom of the fill hole. Run the trim up and down a few times, then check again to be sure it stays at the full level. The system self-bleeds when the trim is run up and down a few times.

Thanks. I was playing with the power tilt and found that at different positions the level in the tank is different, I entered the forum to ask and read the answer, so now I will add up oil the proper way.
There even is a hint - you can't reach the plug with the motor down.
