I have install a new impeler,but i dont see water comming out of the two exshaust port above the water line.I am confident that engine is cooling.Is this critial.
As the engine warms, you should see water spitting from the exhaust relief and increasing as RPM increases. You won't get much running on muffs at low pressure, or in a barrel for that matter unless you have the water level high. Did you replace the inner exhaust seal carefully?
