1993 25HP Mariner won't start

I just purchased a '93 25 hp that has been sitting for 7 years.I drained all old fuel from tank and carbarator plastic bowl.I put fresh fuel, oil and seafoam in the gas tank.fuel is getting to the plastic bowl.I attached a new battery.The engine spins fine, but no combustion.What do I do next?

Go to the Engine FAQs Forum, Breadman.

You probably need to do "Awakening a sleeping outboard", but try "Outboard won't start" first.
