Hi All

My alarm is going off on my 05 2052 when I am using muffs to turn the engine over is it possible that I am running it to long with muffs? It comes on after about five mins. Everything seems to be pumping okay. Temp is going over 200.

Thanks for any feedback
Cheers

Re: overheating

A flush should only take 5 mins. or so. Have you checked or replaced your thermostats. I'm an out board person, but since you haven't heard from anyone that's what I would check first , and is your water source providing enough water. With an out board I change Impeller , every other year and stats every yr, stats are under 10.00 bucks and are simple to get to

Re: overheating

Started happening to me last season (in water, not on muffs), ended up replacing thermostat and all was well.
