oil leak on omc 400 lower unit

I have a 1989 2150 bayliner sunbridge and on the lower unit it has 2 small weep holes on the port side above the drain hole , a small amount of grease has came out of the holes after i drained it and refilled it with omc lub.

This is a cobra correct not a 400, has rams ?

yes it is a cobra out drive
