I have a 2005 avalanche with a swing away tongue- the brake cable is fully extended and the brakes are locked- I have the boat tucked in the corner of a warehouse and can't get a vehicle hitched to it- I know I can bleed the brake fluid to release the brakes and puch the trailer, but how do I get the cable to retract andf the system to work correctly?
