I have a probblem with the fuel leaking on top of my 95 evinrude v4 130hp
i just want to get the carburetor rebuild kit for it . But how many carburetor in this motor ?? please help so i order a right one .

You have two carbs in that motor and I would rebuild both carbs while I was doing it, that way you know that both should be clean and working properly. The kits will cost you about 15 dollars each and you will need two kits.
