i need some year info on my o/b 15 hp chrysler sea king on the tag model # is( VWB 52119E )and the serial #(48x 32956 )can someone decode this for me very much appreciated.this is my first outboard and it start and runs but it needs a return spring for the pull start can anyone point me in the right direction for parts... and any special instructions on before and after running this motor ....thanks and safe boating...
