I have a 95 Evinrude 90hp that has difficulty starting. This doesn't happen all the time and I cannot find a pattern. It happens both from a cold start and when the engine was shut off less than 10 minutes. Other times it starts with no difficulty at all. Once started it runs smooth, with plenty of power. Any suggestions as where to start to find a solution to this problem?
