Hi,my yamaha four stroke has started full charging all the time when engine is turning enough rpm's to do so. Dealer said ck. battery connections etc. but I already had and even changed the battery. Engine has less than 100 hrs. and I'm concerned about the chronic over charging at 15.8 volts. checked with volt meter while running.mpg62

i'm pretty sure there was a rectifier redesign for that motor. you may want to confirm with your dealer or wait for one of the master techs to answer.
