1989 Mariner 75hp quit at full throttle
Hello everyone. Great forum here. The last trip out, my mariner had been running really well as it had been all this year. Then while taking a long run, the motor just quit on me while motoring at near full throttle. After checking fuel and oil and temp, I was able to start her right back up like nothing happened and motored away. A couple of hours later, she did it again while motoring. Never happened before. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated. She ran file all the way back to the launch (10 min run at full speed) and idles perfectly.
