Advice greatly appreciated, starting a proline
I recently purchased a 1997 Proline 231 WA. I hired a surveyor prior to purchase, he claims he started it without a problem. I put it in the water for the first time today and I can't get it started. When I turn the key, the warning alarm goes on but the engine will not turn over... its not even drawing from the battery so it seems like an electrical issue... I am new to boating so any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
