Mercruiser Outdrive ID help needed

I have looked at a bunch of reference sites and can't seem to find a sterndrive serial # close to this one. I'm guessing Alpha 1 gen 1 by the year, but who knows:

It is on a 1990 Bayliner Capri 2050 BR. No telling if it is the original set or not, though.

Engine: 0C860966
Transom: 0D321249
Drive: 0D316030

Ayuh,... That's an Alpha 1...

It also looks like the transom is Rotten,...
That's usually Why it'll leak at the transom,+ somebody has already goobered it up with a sealant....

Yeah, I'm 1/2 expecting to find a nice rotten surprise once I take the cap off and check the transom. This will be a bear of a transom to replace, as it is really 5 sections at odd angles and shapes, not just one. I'm hoping to possibly only have to replace the center section, but we'll see how my luck holds out.
