my 2001 70 hp two stroke wont start. i took off fuel lines to the three carbs and pumped bowl, got fuel out each one at carb fuel inlet. does solenoid on center carb control fuel entering carbs? it appears to be an electric choke. is fuel floats in each carb stuck and not letting fuel in? help
