no it is not worth the effort. there are a number of different things that need to be done and you have to be a real pro to get it to all balance out properly. If you want a 200, sell your 150 and buy a 200 that is the way to go. I am pretty sure the crank is different, the exhaust ports, and some other internal differences. I just could not bear to take a part a perfectly good motor.
