Spark plug ?'s on 89 40hp evinrude

so my repair book says to use QL78C plugs but my local place doesnt have them the plugs that were in the motor are QL78YC whats the difference between them. and the NGK part for them is a 4322 but i bought those and they seem to be a little shorter than the QL78YC that ar in there now, are the QL78C plugs just shorter and if so whats hould i be running?

Here is a spark plug chart,QL78YC is what it calls for.....see note 3 on the chart.
