Hey Matt - welcome to iboats, a.k.a. the zoo.
There are a few fuel safe systems that you can use to get rid of that old gas.
ACE has one that attaches to the end of a drill. The directions recommend that you keep the drill motor as far away from the tank itself ( no brainer ) and use fuel safe lines. I think the pump was relatively cheap ( 15 bucks or so ) but the fuel line was something like $1.20 - $1.50 a foot.
Of course that was their recommendation but you might get by using a piece of old garden hose. But I didn't say that.
Take a look around and see what you can come up with. I'll scrounge around later and see if I can come up with the part number off the one I have. Can't find it on their website - might be discontinued due to explosive issues ?????
