I just bought a 2003 115 elpto and it is hard to get started. I changed plugs. I removed the cowl and there is a fuel valve under the throttle quadrent that looks like a excerator pump that leaks when you squeeze the primer pump i look in the parts book and could not find it does anyone Know what the name of it is?
