Looking for a lost friend, TN area.

I'm wondering if the contacts in iBoats can help me find someone I have lost contact with. He's a really nice guy, lives in Tennesse and boats on the Mississippi. I'm not sure which city, I don't think it's Nashville. His boat is about 22 feet long, a cabin cruiser with a 350 V8.

I lost contact with him about 2 years ago. He had been living in New Zealand and then the middle east (for work) but his family remained state side. He normally answered my e-mails very promptly and was a varicious writer. I have fears for his well being, as he was a big guy. His name is Tom Mitchell and his wife, Phani was born in Greece. He had 2 boys, both at University.

He worked in the offshore oil and gas industry as a drilling fluids engineer ('Mud doctor') and when in New Zealand and the middle eats was shore based as a manager.

If anyone knows him or of him I would be very appreciative.

The one in Memphis is your best bet. Memphis is on the mississippi.

Brentwood if a burb of nashville, I work there.

Lakeland may be close. not sure where that one is.

615 codes are middle-tn nashvile area

901 is generally west tennessee, toward the mississippi.

865 is generally Knoxville/eastern TN area. Knox is roughly 5+hrs drive from Knox. Nashville is over 2-3hrs from the mighty Mississippi.

I've looked though some old emails and he is about 5 hours drive from Knoxville (his sons are in uni there) and he tows his boat to a lake for the summer (and leaves it in secure stowage) and the drive is about 4 hours. I know he's not in Memphis.

You can also try the Face Book route, someone on here did say that it had helped them to get in contact a long lost friend.
