Hey Guys and thanks for any reply

Engine= 1995 mariner magnum efi

My problem is the tach is not working but it will zero when ignition is turned on. I checked the volts on back of tach SND to be 4v. How can I check to see if the problem is the regulator/wiring/or tach. I have 4 yellows wires coming from stator that feed into red wires. Battery seems to be putting out 12v resting. Thanks for any help.
