TG. My loser friend just bought a 1648 Mirro jon last year and hooked it up with a nice 2001 Merc,power tilt and trim, with the tiller. That beautiful Wisconsin-Made Merc, with a 2:1 will walk past my similar sized boat. My boat's a 1976 Ouachita 1648 basically empty. I've got an 05 Tohat,and run a 17 SS prop with 1.85 ratio at full carb pull and still can't beat him, though it's close. Please Guru.......Give me some info that would make running down the Wolf River help crush my dirt-bag best friend All american Spirit. Thanks
