Torque for thermostat cover bolts?

Hello,

What are the torque specs for thermostat cover bolts?

I searched and found 6lbs for a 40 hp yamaha. Can't find the answer in my crappy Clymer manual.

The motor is a 115 Yamaha 1989 ETLF
