Hello Guys

I have a MARINER 115HP Outboard 2 stroke from 1993, the proble is that last Sunday My carbs went wet with water via the gas tank. I already have covered the issue about water in gas tank. I just drain each carb via the main jet plug, a lot of water coming out. Now here is my question..... Do i need to remove each carb to clean it out or its ok to just remove the drain plug and spray carb cleaner inside??? See attachment, the drain plug is #11 in the float bowl.

Thanks

If the carbs have dirt or rust, you will need to clean them up. Pull one bowl and have a look. If they have dirt or rust, you would need to disassemble, clean all passages with spray carb cleaner and install new gaskets. if the inlet needles don't look OK, you will want to replace them.
