Just got and old 25 hp electric start evinrude, early 80s late 70s I think, whats the best way to see if she runs?

fuel:oil ratio is 50:1 TC-W3 outboard motor oil.

Could someone point me in the right direction of a carb rebuild kit and a new fuel pump for this motor.

replace all you fuel lines with alcohol resistant lines.

Check out the Evinrude/Johnson parts website. They have blowup diagrams for various parts of your motor.

Wiring harness diagram? Theres a few few wires just hanging on the motor and i dont know where they go or what they connect to.
