1972 Johnson 40hp wiring diagram

I have been repairing a beat up old outboard and have it back in one piece. The only problem is that the bundle of wires that go to the control box was cut by a marine shop. If anyone out there has the diagram for what each wire is let me know.

Everyone who has a Service Manual has the diagram, niklagen. Unfortunately, Federal copyright law forbids copying it.

Try your library or buy a Service Manual. By a quirk in the copyright law you can legally make copies from a Manual in the library.
