Merc 9.9EL Tiller arm assembly needed

I have a 2000 Mercury 9.9 model EL two stroke electric start that came off a boat that had a Control Box and cables with the motor.
I want to convert it to Tiller .
Would anyone know were i could purchase a Tiller Arm that would work with that motor. If not, do you have any idea where I might find it.
