When I run my engine on the muffs water comes out of alot of places. I just wanted to know if this was normal. I included a picture to illustate the area I'm talking about. I believe that area is where the lower unit disconnects from the main engine. Does it mean I have a bad seal?

Perfectly normal. Maybe not intended, but that's the way they usually are, especially if somebody had the lower unit off and didn't use the proper sealer when they re-installed it----and few people do. Won't hurt a thing except give you something to worry about. Relax.

Out of curiousity, have you checked/changed your lower unit oil lately?

Yea, this shouldn't be a problem. Someone may have pulled the lower unit off and tweeked that partion a little bit. You could unbolt it and apply some sealer in there, to eliminate the leak, but this particular leak won't affect anything.
