i have a 1989 mercury 115 that i am rebuilding. one of the pistons cracked, the cylender wall is fine but the piston needs to be replaced. i know i should replace all 4 pistons but at over $100 ea i dont want to if i dont have to. just wanted to know what i should do. also bearings, i know they shoud be replaced in a rebuild but i don't know if all of them need replaced or just some. i am trying to keep it as cheep as i can to rebuild. any words of advice would help.
