I got an Evinrude 140 HP from 19980. After many hours working on it finally the motor running even with the throlet in neutral, after timing the engine, but, now i need to set up idle timing and the spark advance. i have the manual but sometimes the explanation turn little confused to me on the steps.Could anybody offert me any reference or general ideal to go in this settings
