flywheel won't turn

i have a tracker 2 stroke 40 horse i have not had time to start it so the starter was locked up i got that taken care of and i turned the flywheel by hand and now it locked up i now put pb blaster in the cyllinder then i filled them up will marville mystery oil ,i guess next i will put in some hydra valve clean and try it -so far i can't turn it with the bolt on top got any ideas on how to unstick it ---Thanks

i would say that its seized in the bearings or gear box not in the cylinder bores. pull the gear box of try it if still locked pull the engine apart.

Correct. Don't always assume it's the engine. The lower unit can lock it up too.
