I now have pictures of the leak in the Lower Unit. Can anybody tell me what needs to be done with this?I had it tilted up for a couple days and then tilted it back down and noticed this leak.
O.K. So it's simply unburned gas/oil which is normal to be in the leg of a two stroke. I think it's unusual for it to be leaking at that leg bolt as it usually leak out through the leg drain hole or at the prop. You should just wipe it off and forget about it. Perhaps check your leg bolts to make sure they are tight. Rick.
Decarb, take a can of seafoam put 3/4 of it in the gas tank, with only 1 gallon of premixed gas. put the rest in a spray bottle. start the engine, and let it come up to temperature. then remove plugs, and them some real good shot of seafoam into the cylinders, replace plugs, let sit 15 minutes. restart, and spray the rest of the seafoam into the carbs, so the the motor almost stalls, wait and repeat until the seafoam is gone.then take for a wide open spin. then put in new plugs, ad premixed gas to the tank, and take it for a wide open throttle spin. it is going to smoke like a house on fire, during this process.

Something lookls strange about those pictures. I'd expect the goo to be coming out the drilled drain hole just forward and below where it seems to be coming from. Is there another hole that I can't see?
I'm not 100% sure where that hole goes inside. The water pump base cavity is real near there. If it is outside the water pump, it is normal drain for the exhaust housing. If it is inside the water pump, it might be gear oil from the drive shaft seal. Have you compared the color with the gear oil?
