Anyone know how hard/expensive to convert a manual rope start to electric?

I have a Evinrude approx 1988 25 hp manual outboard.

I am in Connecticut near Hartford. Have you used someone around here you trust?

It isn't terribly difficult, but if you use new parts it is expensive. The kit is about $400.
