Everyone please help
Great Idea!!! When doing your Christmas cards this year, take one card and send it to this address. It will go to a wounded war veteran.

If we pass this on and everyone sends one card, think of how many cards these wonderful special people who have sacrificed so much would get.

The American Red Cross has a program called HOLIDAY MAIL FOR HEROES

READ the web page for guidelines and for those feeling generous there is a link to send pre-paid calling cards.

They will distribute cards to soldiers around the world.

Kids last night at the last meeting of the Boy Scout troop finished up the 1000 cards and small gifts they are sending to the troops overseas.

A small taste of home took them a month, started out as sending cards and gifts to local guys over seas.

Than it mushroomed, cause guys wrote back to the kids how their friends were jealous not getting anything.

I know when, oh so long ago it seems when i received something, anything made a big difference.

When you in country believe me you can forget why your there.
