Does anyone know if there is a cross reference number for the o.e.m. # over to a Sierra/napa #?

I don't believe so. I've looked for 3rd party impellers for Eska built Gamefisher's with no luck, but your motor would have likely been built by Force, so maybe one of those line up. Sorry, I know that's not really what you were looking for. The good news is that you can easily get an impeller from Sears. Parts for your motor are listed at http://tinyurl.com/5c3pr3 with the impeller being at http://tinyurl.com/6r92m9
Wow, I see why you might want to find a 3rd party impeller. $84.99!!!

Sierra or NAPA cross reference I'm not sure, but...

Google "sears parts" and look up the impeller part number from sears site. you should be able to locate the impeller online from the part number you got from sears. Crowley Marine is another source.
