Help,

I have a 1989 5,7 liter OMC Cobra stern drive. It needs a Trim sender assy Unit and so far all I've been able to determine is that it is no longer available. Old part number is 3850470 seam same 911799 ,. Does anybody have any ideas where I can get one?
I stay in thailand ,very difficult for find

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.....

It really don't matter where you call Home,.......

OMC no longer Exists,.... Period......
NLA means just that....

Being in Thailand probably excludes much ebaying too,....

ebay is about the Best resource available for NLA Parts,...
For most Everything you might need a part for...

Probably about time for a little Creative Engineering on your part....

Not sure where you got your PN's from but you really want 0984748 TRIM SENDER although as Bondo says it will be almost immposssible to find one, the last ones I saw were going for over double their normal cost too!

More like quadruple the original cost! I fixed my old one by digging out the actual rheostat pot and replacing it with one of equal values, my new rheostat is encapsulated (bedded) in 100% silicone inside the housing, then filled the rest of the cavity with devcon epoxie till it was level. I can't give you much more detail as I just kinda figured it out as I went and it wasn't easy.
