i'd like to power up my 9.9 BigFoot into a 15 HP machine. A friend from Austria ment it would only be nessessary to change the airvalve and to remove a restrictor out of the carb. In Seloc's maintenance book it seems that both engines 9.9 & 15 are identical. Who knowes more about, or already has changed his engine into a 15 HP ?
