inspecting 25 john. with intent to buy. all has checked well, comp., foot, water pump etc.... noticed a small fuel leak on dry rotted hose. located starb. side crank case housing, mounted top fwd. and just below intake. dont know what it is called or its purpose. info would be appreciated.
