Best oil for a 1999 115 HP Merc

I just purchased a 1999 Nitro with a tracker Mercury 115 HP motor but it has no documentation with it. I've never owned anything other then 2 stroke engines before. What is the best kind of oil to use?

If that is a 4 cycle motor, you need to use special 4 cycle OB oil. If has the designation of FCW.
