I have a 89 60 hp mariner,starts but wont idle to were i can get it in gear.I took it to dealer he got it idleing but said it needs a carb job .said i should not store it with the engine tilted he said that could cause floats to gum up is this true , i stored it that way all last wintre and it started right up this spring i also put stabil in the tank Thanks sting#1
